The Transformation Garden: A Dynamic Vision for Modern Living.

The transformation garden where the residents are able to imagine and envision by their own mind. “A design like never before”

While the architecture itself is grounded in modern principles with clean, simple geometric forms that evoke a sense of boxed perception. The landscape design is a deliberate act of subversion. We sought to introduce a dynamic concept to create a new form of landscape facility that lies in a striking, yet exceptional, contrast to the built environment.

Our approach is centered on movement. Instead of static, orthogonal lines, the landscape is defined by zigzagging, up-and-down, and curved lines designed to surprise the residents and offer a continuously fascinating point of view. This dynamic design is not merely decorative. It is a foundational element that guides the user experience from the moment they arrive.

The Welcoming Zone - The geometric outline of the Main Gate establishes a strong sense of place. To inject the project's signature dynamic feeling right from the entrance, planes were intentionally twisted underneath the gate structure. Upon entry, a large landscape water feature greets visitors, running in parallel with planted berms that echo the strong architectural patterns of the houses. This transition is further refined by the flooring. The crafted cobblestone is laid out in a gradual transition from light grey to black, creating a subtle yet sophisticated gradient that marks the shift from the public street to the private domain.

Elevated Experiences - The Clubhouse and Pool Landscape. To provide residents with an exclusive sanctuary, the Clubhouse and Pool have been intentionally raised 1.5m above ground. This elevation is a functional design choice, offering increased privacy by screening the surrounding road. Users in this zone can be able to enjoy an uninterrupted horizon.

The dynamic concept is interpreted not only through line and form but through the transition of levels. To draw the eye and lead users to the elevated clubhouse, the landscape dramatically transforms. This area is characterized by large organic berms, a grand slope, and wide staircases, all culminating around a magnificent featured rain tree.

The pool zone itself is a comprehensive aquatic facility, intelligently combining a main pool, kids’ pool, shallow pool, jacuzzi, and extensive pool deck. These spaces are enveloped by carefully selected leafy green trees and shrubs, chosen for their varied textures and a refined palette of green, grey, and white tones, further emphasizing the sophisticated, natural atmosphere.

A Flexible Green Heart - The Open Lawn. Adjacent to the clubhouse and pool is the project’s main green area. Designed as an expansive, open lawn. It is surrounded by green hills planted with striking single-trunk trees. This landscaping detail is specifically intended to be viewed from the houses' higher floors, offering residents a beautiful canopy view from above. The lawn serves as a highly functional, flexible space. It can be easily converted into a casual football court, complete with sculptured football goals at both ends. To maximize utility and leisure opportunities, the zone is also outfitted with dedicated functions such as resting corners, a mini-golf putting field as well as a half-basketball court.

The design is a culmination of intent- To be refined, to be functional, a design like never before. It is a testament to the belief that landscape architecture can be as dynamic and visionary as the structures it embraces.
